Recently, after disclosing two Starlink satellite malfunctions that generated additional space debris, SpaceX charged Amazon and its launch collaborator Arianespace with carelessness, asserting that their actions "unnecessarily and substantially heighten the danger to other functioning systems and crewed vehicles."
